Lectori salutem:

If you were lying awake last night, wondering which pull requests for
the Universal repository are blockers for the second pilot, here is an
overview of the pull requests, with blockers listed first.

Unambiguous blockers for the pilots:
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/239> (by Christophe) is part
of a series of pull requests that generate log files for matchmaker
benchmarking. JIRA GPII-288 is a blocker for the pilots.
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/238> (by Kasper) adds new
configuration files to be used for second pilots. JIRA GPII-658 is a
blocker for the pilots.
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/232> (by Kasper) removes all
non built-in entries from the device reporter. JIRA GPII-641 is a
blocker for the pilots.
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/230> (by Nickos Demou)
integrates SuperNova, a Windows AT for the second pilot phase. This
appears to match GPII-324 and/or GPII-325, both of which are blockers
for the pilots.
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/226> (by TUD) adds device
reporter payloads for each pilot scenario. GPII-337 is a blocker for the
pilots and marked as "closed" (instead of "pull request"??).
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/224> (by Kasper) implements a
snapshotter for local application-specific settings. GPII-228 is a
blocker for the pilots (and a dependency for pull request 239). The pull
request still requires tests. The snapshot URL appears to have an issue
on Fedora; see the comments in <http://issues.gpii.net/browse/GPII-228>.
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/211> (by Javi) makes sure the
home screen is displayed after quitting eCtouch/eCmobile on Android.
GPII-328 is a blocker for the pilots (and marked as "resolved").
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/203> (by Steve Lee) Contrast
and SelfVoicing common terms to Maavis preferences. GPII-215 is a
blocker for the pilots.
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/181> (by Kasper) adds/modifies
NP Sets and installed solutions for review meeting. GPII-383 is a
blocker for the pilots.

Blockers for another milestone (esp. the last review):
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/234> (by Ferran) changes/adds
preferences sets for Mobile Accessibility for Android. GPII-359 is a
blocker for the last review meeting and set to "closed" (instead of
"pull request"??).
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/210> (by Kasper) adds basic
support for SAToGo. GPII-516 is a blocker for the second review and year 3.

Maybe blockers:
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/244> (by Taxiarchis) is to
replace vibrationMode with hapticFeedback for the JME app. It has no JIRA.
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/242> (by Javi) is a change in
NP set os_common.json to make the acceptance tests pass. It has no JIRA.
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/241> (by Javi) adds a missing
setting under orca's screenReaderEnabled condition. It has no JIRA.

The rest:
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/236> (by Kasper) removes
'.set' from all the settinghandlers in the solution registry entries,
updated lifecyclemanager to support this. JIRA GPII-671 is marked as
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/231> (by Kasper) removes the
infamous data types for built-in Windows settings from the example
preference sets and adapts the win32 transformers to handle these.
GPII-103 is a major bug for Year 3.
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/171> (by Yura) adds better
support for the Cloud-based Flow Manager, Solutions Registry and
matchmaker. GPII-457 is marked as a Major task for Year 3.
* <https://github.com/GPII/universal/pull/143> (by Sam Kirkpatrick) adds
BrowseAloud preferences and provides settings handlers for web.json.
GPII-213 is marked as an improvement.
