Hi Everyone,

We're getting very close to official release, and close enough to
unfreeze the repositories. So merging in pull request is now allowed
again to all three repos..

Due to the long release process, there is a significant queue of pull
requests, and I would like to ask everyone to look through the list
below and sign up for reviewing any pull request they feel comfortable
with reviewing.

the proper settings handler, file, etc
